DRIVER: Minimum age: 25 years old and holder of the licence for at least 2 years.
PAYMENT: The estimated cost of rental is payable on checkout time (cash or any major credit card).
GASOLINE: Renter pays for gasoline consumed during the rental period.
TRAFIC FINES: Tickets and subsequent administrative sanctions resulting from traffic violations during the rental period are at renter’s expenses.
SHIPPING OF CARS: It is only allowed with the written authorization of Europeo Cars.
AVAILABILITY: Car models are a according to original plan. However delivery problems may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.
VEHICLES SHALL NOT BE USED: 1. Against greek law, 2. While the renter or the driver or the additional drivers are under the influence of alcohol, hallucinatory drugs, narcotics or barbiturates.
ACCIDENTS: In case of accident or other incident (fire, theft) etc, renter or any additional driver(s), are responsible to follow the procedure as set out below: 1. Do not accept any responsibility or fault for the accident against third parties. 2. Obtain names and addresses of eyewitnesses or of the driver of the car involved in the accident. 3. Call the police. 4. Contact lessor by phone, fax, or by any other means. 5. Obtain all relevant information (including photos) from the third party or parties. 6. Within 24 hours of the accident or incident, fill in a written report at any of lessor’s nearest branch offices and provide the lessor, with any documents or information they may have. In case of the vehicle’s loss or theft, renter has to notify the police within 24 hours.
